Facebook Music Service which is launched yesterday lets you listen to songs your friends are listening. You can also listen together in a group while one of your friends plays DJ.
To listen to a song of your friend you have hover over their name and click the "Listen With" button.
You'll also have the option to chat about what you're listening to.
