Samsung annual investment and hiring new employees will be highest ever in 2012.

Samsung is planning to invest 47.8 trillion won ($41.7 billion) in 2012. This is 12% more from last year's investment of 42.8 trillion won. The investment for 2012 includes 31 trillion won for facility, 13.6 trillion won for R&D, and 3.3 trillion won for other capital investment.

Also it has plans to hire 26,000 new employees in 2012. This is 4% higher than last year's figure of 25,000.
