Another availability from Microsoft again. Microsoft has listed a strict set of Hardware requirements for tablets for running Windows 8 operating system. Windows 8 is designed to run on both tablets and Pcs. According to the Document "windows Hardware Documents Requirement" it will have its own set of minimum hardware requirements. These Hardware requirements include at least 10 Gb of free-space, WLAN and Bluetooth 4.0+LTE for networking, minimum 1366-by-768 screen resolution. At least one USB 2.0 controller and exposed port, a 720p camera, and a combination of gyroscope, three-axis accelerometer and magnetometer. The documents also defines a "convertible form factor" as a PC that transforms into a tablet once input device such as Keyboards and mouse are removed.

Rafael Rivera found some other points of note about windows 8 requirement, which says that the company will require devices to support a minimum five touch points, including that the company will require devices to support a minimum of five touch point which feature exactly five hardware buttons – power, rotation lock, window key, volume-up and volume-down. And Pressing the window Key plus power will be the tablet equivalent of ctrl+Alt+Del.

Microsoft has revealed the additional details about windows 8, which will likely to appear in the second half of 2012.For this it has used the recent consumer Electronics Show. CEO Steve Ballmer in his speech states, "People don't want to compromise on what they have today," They want the best of what they have, and the best of what they want."
Now the thing which is to be seen is that how window 8 will face the challenges in the market where Apple's best selling i Pad and variety of touch screens running Google Android. As they will also bring some attractive offers for their consumers as soon as possible.
