AT&T to Raise Data Plans Price

AT&T Inc. is raising the data plans price from January 22, 2012.

AT&T Inc. is raising the data plans price from January 22, 2012.

As reported by Reuters, AT&T customers have to pay $20 for 300 megabyte monthly data plan. Current price is $15 for 200 MB data plan. Other plans are:
  • $30 for 3GB (previously it was $25 for 2 GB)
  • $50 for 5 GB (Previously it was $45 for 4 GB)
The new prices affect only new customers; existing customers can stick with their current plans or upgrade as needed, AT&T said in a statement.
