When you listen any good music, you want to know about the singer about the lyricist of that song and if you are liking it very much there must be a probability that you started collecting information about that singer or the lyricist of that song.

Same happens with the painting or the play which you see in any Art exhibition or in any theatre respectively. They have their Identity by their compositions and achievements. But nobody takes interest in knowing about the developers who make codes for any application or program.

A software engineer do not get any appreciation for his code. No body notices about the coder's hardwork. But As usual Microsoft has all the solutions. It introduced a beta plug-in for the company's Visual Studio development environment. Visual Studio Achievements is a free plug-in that allows developers to unlock achievements and badges, using Visual Studio Achievements Extension, achievements are unlocked based on your activity are triggered inside Visual Studio.

There are 32 achievements across six categories, and badges can be shared on Twitter, Facebook and blogs  Your code is analyzed on a background thread each time you compile. It is to encourage the Gamification achievements. Developers can even compete with each other on a virtual leader board for coding bragging rights. Undoubtly,Visual Studio is a very powerful tool which is rich in different kinds of application. But It is hardly known by the people. So if we download some of these badges even it would help in enhancing our knowledge. Now you must be thinking that how it works. What will happen actually, your code will be analyzed with the help of a background thread each time of compilation. When you unlock an achievements, Visual Studio lets know about it by giving you a Pop-up.

I know that after reading it some will like it and a major part of the people will say 'who will need it' but just think you are very tired, nothing is exciting around you, you want some time to fresh your mind, look at the people surrounds you finding anyone who can accompany you in surroundings but you don't find anyone everybody is engrossed in their work. You become very dull, want to go far from ypur desk and suddenly a Pop-up comes on your screen which displays"Achievements unlock message". Obviously a smile will automaticaly comes on your face which shows the satisfaction and inner joy after getting Credit for your hardwork after all who does not like appreciation.
