Mobile App Updates for Twitter

New versions of Twitter for Android and iPhone are available now.

New versions of Twitter for Android and iPhone are available now.

The updates available in new versions for both phones are:
  • Swipe Shortcut: Swipe a Tweet to reply, retweet, favorite or share it.

  • Find Friends: Confirmation alert when you select “Find Friends”.
Twitter for iPhone
  1. Copy and paste texts of Tweets and user profiles.
  2. “Share” feature used to give you the option to copy or email a link to a Tweet
  3. New design for Direct Messages and ability to mark all DMs as read.
  4. Ability to change font size from Settings -> Advanced.
Twitter for Android is optimized to run on Android devices running Ice Cream Sandwich, Kindle Fire, and Barnes & Noble NOOK color and NOOK Tablet.
