01, Delivering Enterprise AI
We don't run AI pilots. We put AI into production.
For 23 years we've built and shipped software for large enterprises, from the client-server era to the AI-Native age. Enterprise discipline, AI-Native execution.
02, The thesis
Most companies are using AI wrong.
They default to frontier models for every workload, provisioning premium, high-cost compute for tasks that a smaller, cheaper model would handle just as well. The waste isn't the model. It's the absence of judgment about which AI fits which job, and whether it can ever reach production.
Integration, governance, and adoption decide outcomes, and that's execution, which we've done since 2003.
03, Why Mindcracker
Most firms follow.
We're already at the frontier.
We're woven into the communities where AI moves first. We work shoulder to shoulder with Microsoft MVPs and thought leaders, and host conferences with speakers from Microsoft, Google, NVIDIA, Meta, and the Fortune 50. We're authors, trainers, and mentors, so the enterprise gets that edge first.
Hands-on with the platforms from Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Anthropic, often in early-access and preview programs, building on tools before they reach the public.
We attend, speak at, and host the conferences where AI is unveiled. Innovation reaches us as it happens, not quarters later in a vendor briefing.
We build alongside the AI companies inventing this technology, learning with them at the frontier, then turning that knowledge into the training, talks, and thought leadership our 3M-developer community relies on, and bringing that edge straight to your enterprise.
Readiness diagnostics, transformation roadmaps, governance and risk frameworks, and defensible ROI models your board can stand behind.
We build, integrate, and ship the systems into your data, your stack, your compliance environment. Production code, not proofs of concept.
The enterprise foundation the AI runs on: Azure cloud architecture, Microsoft 365 and Copilot, modernization, and the security and identity controls underneath. Built on the Microsoft stack since 2003.
The discipline most projects skip: change management, AI-fluency programs on Claude and Copilot, and operating models that get people to actually use what we deliver.
A specialized capability for clients with reputation, provenance, or settlement needs, applied with judgment and never as a headline.
05, Industries
We know how your sector actually works.
From regulated institutions to global brands and mission-driven organizations. These are environments where AI has to clear compliance before it clears the demo.
All industries →Risk, fraud, and operations AI for institutions that answer to regulators, not just shareholders.
Grid, field, and customer-operations AI for energy and water providers, reliable enough to run where downtime isn't an option.
Clinical and operational AI engineered around HIPAA, validation, and patient trust.
From zero-to-one startup builds to enterprise platforms, by teams that have shipped software since 2003.
Content, learning, and community platforms serving millions, including the developer community and hackathons we run ourselves.
Demand, merchandising, and customer AI tuned for global brands and real-world margins.
Tokenization, smart contracts, and decentralized systems built with enterprise security and real-world compliance.
Mission-driven AI that stretches limited budgets. Measurable outcomes, without the enterprise overhead.
